‘The plate was remade’ KFA, ‘amnesty controversy total resignation’→announcement of new board members…’Former National University’ Ha Seok-joo-Lee Geun-ho’ included-‘full-time vice chairman’ Kim Jeong-bae, former Vice Minister of Culture and Sports

The Korea Football Association (KFA) announced the new board members.

KFA unveiled a new board of directors at the Soccer Hall in Jongno-gu, Seoul at 10 am on the 3rd.

It is a ‘new version’ made in about a month after the ‘resignation of all board members’ following the ‘surprise amnesty’.

The existing directors laid down their titles to take responsibility for the KFA’s announcement and withdrawal of a “surprise pardon” on the 4th of last month for 100 former and incumbent players, coaches, and referees who were disciplined for various misconduct.

At the time, KFA Executive Director Park Gyeong-hoon said, “As the executive director in charge of the association’s practical administration, I felt deeply responsible for the current situation (surprise amnesty) and deeply regretted it.” revealed

Previously, when the opposition public opinion was maximized in relation to the pardon for soccer players carried out on March 28, the KFA held a temporary board meeting in three days to reexamine the agenda and withdraw the pardon. Those eligible for pardon included 48 players who were expelled in 2011 for match fixing in professional football. 토스카지노

KFA announced its reversal of its position by reading Chairman Chung Mong-kyu’s apology. However, criticism toward the KFA reached its climax in the move to end the ‘amnesty situation’ through a one-sided notification method that did not receive any questions.

KFA, which announced a new board of directors on the same day, also held a press conference with Chairman Chung Mong-gyu.

Chairman Chung Mong-kyu said, “I think it is important for administrative experts to quickly rectify the internal organization and raise the administrative power of the association to a higher level, including the decision-making process, organizational culture, and public relations. We expect that the vice presidents, former athletes, and the chairpersons from each subcommittee will demonstrate their capabilities.”
