4.6 billion won free agent compensation, first home run of his career… Cycling hit ‘second base’ is all that remains
Park Jun-young hit his first home run in his new role with the Doosan Bears.
Park started at third base and batted ninth in a home game against the Kiwoom Heroes at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on Sept. 9.
Park Jun-young changed uniforms ahead of this season. NC signed free agent Park Se-hyuk for a total of 4.6 billion won ($4.6 million) over four years, and Park’s original team Doosan named Park Jun-young, who played for NC, as a compensation player.
Park, who was registered on the first team roster on the 7th, made his Doosan debut on the 7th, hitting a double. On the 8th, he went hitless in three at-bats.
On the 9th, his bat exploded. He came up to bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the second inning and got off to a great start with a hit.
He also hit a triple in the fourth inning. A line drive to left field was misplayed by Kiwoom and fell backwards, allowing Park, who sprinted to third base.
Park had found the perfect pitch, and it was his first home run of the season. Facing Kiwoom Ha Young-min with the bases loaded in the bottom of the sixth inning with a 6-2 lead, Park took a 5-pitch slider that was slightly centered in the 2B-2S zone. The pitch sailed over the left field fence. The Doosan players greeted Park’s first home run since the trade with an indifferent ceremony.온라인바카라
